Reviewers fulfill assigned functions in disease-specific care ("DSC") programs throughout the United States, provide general evaluation services, education, and consultation consistent with applicable Joint Commission standards, policies, and protocols, and determine the degree of compliance.
Seeking board certified MD or DO with specialty in neurology. Current professional licensure in related disciplines is required (when required by law). Candidate must have five (5) years recent clinical experience with at least three (3) years recent clinical experience in treating primary stroke and implementing Primary Stroke Centers which includes two (2) years of demonstrated responsibility for program oversight, decision-making, management and improvement. Demonstrated knowledge of industry quality initiatives, including process improvement rends, performance measurement and implementation strategies. Strong analytical, organization, communication and interpersonal skills required. Intermittent status positions are available that require two to three consecutive business days per month. 100% nationwide travel required. Training scheduled

for January 2014.
