As the Data Acquisition and Analysis Manager you will have direct ownership and responsibility for building out the world’s most comprehensive and accurate collection of retail data intelligence.
You’ll work directly with Engineering and Product Management to define requirements and develop cutting edge solutions to complex data problems.
You’ll coordinate our worldwide crowdsourcing efforts – incorporating community input with automated data collection to generate the virtually error-free Insights our customers need.
You’ll be expected to manage a team, provide mentorship, and grow that team as the business needs and your skills expand
Implement solutions and processes that radically improve the efficiency in data acquisition, organization, and quality
You’ll find creative solutions to optimize Quad’s data acquisition platform to deliver the highest quality data at the lowest cost in the fastest timeframe
We are looking for a top-notch thinker to join the team at Quad Analytix. Requirements for applicants include:
3-5 years experience in a highly analytical role
Technically savvy (experience with large scale databases, analytic tools, reporting solutions, and/or business requirements creation)
Ability to collaborate and communicate with, well, everybody – Engineers, Product Mangers, Analysts, Interns, the CEO, customers, you name it.
Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (excel ninja’s preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Masters or MBA welcome)
Passion for information, eCommerce and technology
Demonstrated success as a leader required. Direct management experience preferred.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, show initiative, and respond quickly in a fast paced environment
