BENTEK is seeking a Data Analyst to identify and coordinate
quality improvement activities in IT systems/processes and client products. The
position is data oriented and the candidate will be using Microsoft SQL and
other debugging tools.
routine product and website reviews to identify issues and areas for
and track issues identified by employees and clients, plus work with IT
and analysts to see that issues are resolved in a timely manner and/or
plan activities to improve product quality.
periodic reports with metrics by product, detailing issue category, frequency,
cause, preventive recommendations and trends.
QA support by finding data problems in any data repository including
spreadsheets and spreadsheet formulas and SQL Server tables.

3 + years experience
working in a product review, quality assurance or related capacity, with a
focus on improvement as the criteria for success.
of one year’s experience in testing and/or reviewing web based
applications driven by large datasets using Microsoft TSQL and other
testing tools like Redgate.
experience in developing or selecting tracking tools.
Experience in the Energy
industry is a plus
skills with a working knowledge of advanced table and graph/charting
Proficiency in Word and
