This organization administers employment-based health and wellness benefits for multiple employers, operating much like a large employer's benefits department.
Responsibilities: Provide analytical, operational and administrative support to management team. Functions will include a mix of project work and daily and/or weekly administrative and analysis functions required in benefits administration. Tasks relate to claims and enrollment data analysis/reporting, annual enrollment, financial reporting, benefit communications and vendor eligibility files.
Skills and attributes: Self-directed and process oriented team contributor with intellectual curiosity and ability to identify and research patterns and trends. High level of aptitude and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Access experience is desired. Knowledge of and experience with advanced Excel functions and capabilities is essential.

Education and Experience - The ideal candidate will have two (2) to four (4) years (including internship positions) of professional experience, which does not have to be directly related to the /benefits insurance industry.
Experience and/or education in human resources information systems, insurance, information technology/programming, and/or operations or related field is desired. This position is not a Human Resources position, but rather focuses on employee benefits.

Hourly Pay Based on Skills and Experience
Healthcare benefits eligible after three months of employment; one year for 401(k) and LTD. Medical plan has a $150,000 annual maximum until November 2014.
