Swinerton is currently searching for a DATABASE SPECIALIST to Manage and reports the ongoing Facilities Condition Assessment program for our client. This position will be based out of our clients office in Los Angeles.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Manages and reports the ongoing Facilities Condition Assessment program
  • Develops reporting views for school building and service call data
  • Develops and manages the Facilities Condition Assessment (FCA) project data collection tool
  • Management of FCA Schedule
  • Establishes the Project Requirement Record production database
  • Consolidates AWMS and CAFM building data for reporting Ad hoc reporting as required
  • Performs related duties as assigned
    Minimum Position requirements include:

  • Experience in creating and managing databases in SQL Server
  • Experience in developing data input interfaces with databases
  • Experience with IBM Maximo
  • School construction experience is preferred
  • Experience in performing Facilities Condition Assessments
  • Experience in creating and maintaining Project Schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project
    Required Education:

    Graduation from a recognized college or university; preferably in Construction Management, Engineering or any construction related course or Information Technology course
