This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast paced, busy environment for a leading global provider of outsourced development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries.
The Data Coordinator will be responsible for receiving and filing all imaging data and maintaining study specific Image Data Tracking Logs. The Data Coordinator is also responsible for maintaining a secure environment for documents and media. Based in Warrington, PA this individual will have specific responsibility for ICON’s Medical Imaging, the Company’s medical imaging business.
Overview of the Role
Labelling all image data according to study protocol.
Update and maintain current information in the electronic tracking system (MIRA or other) including receipt of shipments, media, documents, correspondence and changes as required.
Scan documents into the appropriate electronic file.
Manually retrieve shipments from the reception area and preparing shipments in the Document Control area.
Collects and maintains Image Data Transmittal Forms for all image data
Ensures all media are accounted for both physically and in the electronic tracking system.
Secures all data and project specific forms, documents and media in a secure location.
Works directly with Project teams to support client specific activities.
Communicate with Site personnel if necessary.
Updates and maintains Project Tracking Logs as required.
Administer off site archiving database and facilitates off site archiving process.
Administers Electronic Data Management System (iDoc) database.
Other duties as required.
Role Requirements / Skills / Experience Required
Must possess High School diploma or local equivalent.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent Organizational skills and a strong multi-tasker.
Able to work as a team member and individually on client projects.
Excellent communication, documentation and business computer skills.
