MIH ADMIN - Data Coordinator, Memorial Integrated Health

The Data Coordinator performs data entry, clerical work, and processing department mail. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook to facilitate preparing and sending reporting as well as processing requests for plan materials. Assists the Member Services Department by answering calls daily during lunch hours and as back up when short-staffed. They serve as a liaison for outside agencies and the Member Services/Decision Support/Provider Relations Departments.

High School Diploma and 3 years customer service experience with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook required.
