Reporting to the Director of Key Programs and Alliances within the Commercial Group, the Data Specialist will be located at the Canal Street facility in Milwaukee, WI, Power Transmission Headquarters building.
This key position is responsible for all data processing and analysis for strategic programs. This position will work closely with field sales leadership, sales operations and IT resources to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.
Support program administrator, program leads and management in data gathering and reporting as needed.
Perform day-to-day maintenance of various program management tools such as intranet micro sites, databases, program status reports
Ensure consistency and quality across different master data sources, systems, and solutions
Produce and refine reports for Strategic Agreement sales leads and Program leads which identifies performance and opportunities
Provide monthly data to support additional Commercial strategic initiatives as needed.
Generate performance scorecards, quarterly rebate reports and submit rebate/ credit memo requests
Ensure current content on partner websites, managing channel promotions and incentive programs, and continuous development of the partner portal
Create and execute sales promotions for the partner sales reps – funding, participation, messaging
Maintains master data documentation: policies, procedures, forms and training
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or other related field.
Minimum 3-5 years experience and a Bachelor’s degree in business, data management, data processing or related business experience
Advanced computer skills in Excel required (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
Proficiency with data management and analysis tools (specifically Microsoft Excel and Access)
Strong conceptual and practical understanding of relational databases and software
Excellent grasp of current technology / productivity tools, i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, intranet websites, etc
Aptitude for learning new systems and processes with minimal instruction
