Job Responsibilities

Under general supervision of the Training and Evaluation Specialist, the Data Entry Assistant will register training participants in the Learning Management System, enter program evaluation and attendance data, compile reports on program statistics, develop marketing, orientation and training materials, assist with the LMS help desk, and correspond with training participants.

Minimum Qualifications

Completion of a high school program or its equivalent and two years of experience in an office or administrative environment.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Thorough written and oral communication skills, including English grammar, spelling, and punctuation Ability to perform a variety of moderate to complex clerical work assignments of a responsible and difficult nature involving the planning and organizing of the clerical work of a variety of subjects, programs or projects and requiring the selection and application of a comprehensive knowledge of a variety of policies, procedures, regulations, and precedents Ability to initiate, manage tasks, and meat deadlines with minimal supervision Ability to apply independent judgment, discretion and initiative to address problems and develop solutions Fluency in using standard office software packages for report preparation, presentation designs, and other work products as needed, including Microsoft Word and Excel Experience performing data entry Experience working with databases Demonstrate a high level of cross-cultural sensitivity Understand and follow posted work rules and procedures Ability to relate well to others within the Academy for Professional Excellence environment and those it serves Highly motivated self-starter, with a high energy level and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, including English grammar, spelling, and punctuation Well organized, ability to meet deadlines, detail oriented; possess good judgment and common sense. Demonstrate a high level of cross-cultural sensitivity

Preferred Education/Certifications
