Part-time Opportunity with flexible schedule! Approximately 20-25 hours per week.
SCOPE OF POSITION
This role is responsible for interfacing with senior management across multiple regions with the collection and input of key data input into the Salesforce.com CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, as it relates to the business development opportunities for SP Plus Maintenance. This position will report directly to the VP, SP Plus Maintenance; however, will have regular interaction with senior management based in other Regional Offices.
Enter data accurately and in a timely manner into Salesforce.com (CRM system)
Upload relevant files and related or supporting documents and emails
Produce period reports for management on activity.
Evaluate and modify data entry processes to ensure data accuracy account- and contract-specific data
Follow up with field management by phone to assure that information being collected and presented is accurate.
Complete special projects as assigned by management
Provide other administrative support, as assigned to include, but not limited to: composition of letters and transmittal documents, scanning, faxing of confidential documents, filing, photocopying, etc.
High school diploma and some college coursework
Superior organizational and time management skills.
High attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to enter data efficiently and accurately
Computer proficiency (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint); Prior Salesforce experience a plus)
