Review and analyze incoming inspection records for correctness and input them into the Common Drive.
Maintain incoming inspection log.
Maintain nonconforming report log.
Send notifications to all employees of incoming inspection results and nonconforming product reports
Review nonconforming product reports for correctness and input them into the Common Drive.
Coordinate calibration activities.
Maintain individual calibration records.
Maintain calibration log.
Route ECR’s for approval.
File all inspection records by Sales Order.
Make copies of requested documents.
High School diploma or equivalent and 3 years experience in Document Control related jobs.
Excellent data- entry skills;
Must be detail oriented, accurate, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
