Our Research and Verification Specialist will quickly and accurately operate our GlobalHiRe system processing and fulfilling background check orders. This is the foundation of our business and our DES are imperative in our process.
The right candidates will posses the following characteristics and qualities:
Must have at least a High School Diploma or GED
Bachelors or Associates in related field a plus
Fluently speak and write in English
Bi-lingual is a plus
Efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet browsing
Minimum of 40-45 wpm
10 key is a plus
Strong organizational skills
Prompt and reliable
Strong work ethic and drive
Technologically advanced and educated
Ability to efficiently and effectively complete all task assigned whether it be in or outside of their department
Loves challenges and also challenges themselves
Has strong communication skills
Can give and receive constructive review
Although we ask that all of our team have the ability to handle diverse responsibilities outside of the scope of their primary position, the right candidate will be able to:
Answer incoming client phone calls and emails
Work with other departments in order to resolve issues
Work closely with Customer Service Representatives to help maintain client relationship
Receive, process, submit, and enter results of all client requests
