Overview
ideeli is often seeking temporary employees for short and long-term assignments working with various departments across our business, including merchandising, warehousing/logistics and studio/sample trafficking.
ideeli is seeking passionate and highly motivated temps to enter data and ensure consistency across all systems. These pro-active individuals must be flexible and eager to learn new technology and e-commerce business. He/She must be comfortable in a fast pace start-up environment .
Key Responsibilities
Data entry focused on style & Purchase Order creation, modification, and finalization within a complex e-commerce business lifecycle.
Ensuring data consistency across all systems including Excel, Epicor, a backend e-commerce platform, and an external Warehouse system.
Understanding of and calling attention to possible data and/or process discrepancies.
Special projects in support of a complex e-commerce business lifecycle as needed.
Very strong attention to detail
Solid knowledge of Excel
Experience/education in merchandising, commerce, and/or retail.
Specific experience/knowledge of Epicor or other retail systems a significant plus
