Position Purpose:
This position will involve working with the various application teams to identify and document current data flows, identify areas of improvement and design the best integration solution for various integration scenarios. The position will involve interacting with internal and external application stakeholders to develop best data integration solutions. The qualified individual must have extensive experience in various data integration techniques (ETL, EAI and SOA) and should have hands-on experience using modern data integration tools. The individual must possess effective written and oral communication skills to act as a trusted advisor to the development teams in order to get recommended data integration architecture implemented.

Position Responsibilities and Requirements:
5-7 years of experience designing, creating and deploying large-scale data integration and data warehousing applications using Microsoft SQL Server (2005/2008),
Experience creating system, integration and performance test plans for large-scale data warehouses.
Healthcare or Financial Industry experience is a plus.
Expert level with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) is a plus but not required.
Assist with the development and maintenance of the Data Management Process Framework and ER Modeling
Outstanding communication skills (oral, written and presentation) and strong interpersonal skills.
Must be driven and eager, with an ability and willingness to learn and implement new technologies and software development techniques.
Experience with all phases of the software development life cycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, support).
Ability to accurately estimate application development tasks.
BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
