Additional resource needed to assist with day-to-day Business Support Systems department duties, as well as assist with implementation of Salesforce.com.
The Data Operations Analyst is responsible for the maintenance and support of database results by building and improving data and database structure, data integration solutions under general direction from senior database personnel; monitoring and auditing queries and results; documenting performance. This individual must have a strong working knowledge of database management and programming techniques. The Data Operations Analyst reports to the senior manager of the business support system department within the IT organization.
Meet with various customers throughout the organization to gather requirements, develop SQL queries, validate output, and generate reports
Develop data integrations based on organization needs
Assist in the conversion of current SQL Server databases (MS Dynamics CRM) to new database structures (Salesforce.com)
Troubleshoot data integrations
Ongoing maintenance and support of databases, reports and reporting tools
Document the developed queries, tools, and performance of database structure
Essential Skills and Experience
Strong SQL skills and data analysis experience
Excellent customer service skills with ability to effectively communication with customers and team members
Ability to prioritize multiple requests and tasks
Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics GP, CRM, or other CRM and ERP applications such as Salesforce.com
Experience with Scribe and CRM Fusion software highly preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server.
Knowledge of MS SQL Integration Services.
Knowledge of Salesforce.com
Essential Education, Skills & Environment (Needed for this job specification):
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related area
Four to seven years of experience in the IT field
At least three years in a database analyst role
