SUMMARY : The main focus and responsibility of this position is to provide continual education for all newly hired entry clerks and on-going education for all entry clerks and Data Processing staff. In addition this position is responsible for continual interaction and communication with the training staff.

  • Manage department standards
  • Develop, polish and evaluate new hires as needed
  • Create and use worksheets to educate entry clerks
  • Assist in maintaining an atmosphere that is conducive to learning for all entry staff
  • Review and correct as needed daily errors as well as error disputing process
  • Work to keep all entry clerks informed of new entry related developments within the department
  • Work with supervisor to conduct coaching and accountabilities sessions for proper communication with employees
  • Assist with quarterly updates to Data Entry guide
  • Set up classroom schedule for continual education of all entry clerks
  • Request new entry notepad updates as needed
  • Enter contracts using the i740 and Imaging systems as needed
  • Assist with responses to questions regarding contract entry
  • Responsible for researching, verifying, correcting and/or mailing back any contracts rejected by entry clerks because of lack of communication
  • Maintain a one day window between resolution of reworks and entry
  • Process of non-disputable errors and maintain non disputable error spreadsheet and send out on a weekly basis
  • Assisting clerks with questions concerning accounts
  • Conducts audits as assigned
  • Contribute to the continued development of company standards and ideas regarding Data Processing
  • Administer expectations agreement to each employee
  • Remain current on the continuous changes that occur in Data Processing
  • Oversee printing of contracts and comments to send to the clubs

  • Strong data entry skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must be able to prioritize responsibilities
  • Experience with the as400, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to read and understand contract terminology
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Friendly and courteous attitude
