Job Description:"Job Description:
This position is for a Systems Engineer to complete
analysis of alternatives, propose solutions and develop
artifacts, requirements and documentation in direct
support of instantiating a mission data repository that
fully meets the customer need and complies with the
customer’s current/future data architecture goals and
initiatives. Given the nature of the data, it is
anticipated that a strong background
non-relational/NoSQL data repository architectures and
Accumulo will be required. The successful candidate will
not be afforded the opportunity to “grow into these
areas” so they must be able to demonstrate recent
directly relevant training and experience in advance to
be deemed minimally qualified. This position will be
based out of the Laurel SI Facility but will involve
frequent coordination at customer facilities within a 50
mile geographic radius of Fort Meade."

"Individual Capabilities Required:
Experience/Familiarity with the strengths and
limitations of various non-relational/NoSQL data
repository architectures.
Experience/Training in implementation of, data ingestion
into storage data structures and retrieval from an
Accumulo repository.
Experience developing use cases and deriving system
requirements for submission and retrieval of data from
data repositories.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Communications,
Computer, or Electrical), Computer Science, Information
Systems, Mathematics, or similar degree and meets the
experience requirements, or equivalent documented
combination of training and experience.
Minimum fifteen years of experience as a Systems
Engineer in programs that encompass system architecture,
data architecture, interface development, requirements
analysis, process execution and evaluation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including
demonstrated ability to comfortably interact with all
levels of organizational management, be willing to
operate in a dynamic environment with minimal
supervision, and possess strong interpersonal, problem
solving, and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated written communication skill to include
developing clear and concise technical documentation and
presentation materials.

Individual Capabilities Desired:
NTOC domain experience
Previous experience working on agency collection,
analysis and/or dissemination systems for IAD and
Familiarity with NSA corporate services
Working knowledge of the NSA/CSS Enterprise
Familiarity with malware and associated terminology.
CISSP or CSEP certification
