The Data Support Coordinator is the liaison between the reporting teams and other internal departments. The role will include, but not limited to the monitoring and troubleshooting of file feeds and data issues.Responsibilities: Conducting analysis of file feeds. Monitor error reports and provide feedback to clients, data sources and Account Managers. Create and maintain data integration documentation Monitor Data Services Service Request System and help desk tickets Interact with clients and/or requestors directly to ensure intent and direction of requests and proper resolution Provide timely and accurate reports of the file load process of the department director Demonstrate self-reliance in researching technical solutions and product functionality.
Bachelors Degree in Business or relevant field of studyProficient with all Microsoft applicationsExperience working with databasesStrong Verbal and Written Communication SkillsAbility to work effectively and confidently with users, team members, and management.Must be flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of tasks.Ability to elicit requirements from various entities across the organization.
