Load digital data in the required formats and location for further data processing. Conduct data verification to ensure completeness and functionality of the data. Perform initial data preparation in the form of depth matching, splicing, merging and other data manipulation. Assist Recognition team with program setup and data upload maintenance; ensuring information is entered efficiently and accurately. Conduct file verification and final data management requirements; understanding file retrieval methods via FTP/SFTP and report export methods. Manage quality data checks to ensure accuracy and compose correspondence and responses to items needing resolution on own initiative. Manage project timelines independently to ensure assigned projects are completed on-time . Create miscellaneous ad hoc reports as requested Manage product library and content within the GRS platform Manage and maintain course library Assist in new platform research and data testing Run SQL, create reports and present reports to stakeholders
Education and Experience :
4-year degree, Associates degree in technical field, or related area. Minimum of 2-years experience working with data management. Advanced to Expert knowledge of Excel to assist with formatting and maintenance of data. Proficint in SQL
Ability to analyze issues and solve problems. Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization in a positive manner. Ability to engage, foster and support the team atmosphere. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick learner on new software.
