DATA WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR

Primary Responsibilities: CTC is seeking a Data Warehouse Administrator to lead corporate data warehousing initiatives as well as day-to-day database support and administration of Corporate Oracle and SQL Server databases. This position will support Enterprise Data Management efforts and coordination of corporate system data sharing through data warehouse support. This position will lead Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) process design and implementation, data mart design, and ensure appropriate data archiving within records retention guidelines. This position will be responsible for database administration related to all internal corporate applications including CostPoint, CostPoint CRM, Impromptu, Cognos, Enterprise Planner, TM1, SumTotal LMS, and Cyber Recruiter. The successful candidate will analyze and define data requirements, elements, relationships, attributes, flow, and reporting for all corporate applications. Position responsibilities include database environment design and storage planning, as well as ensuring system maintenance and disaster recovery efforts are successfully executed. The candidate will participate in project-based technology deployments and adhere to project timelines. As a team member, the candidate will track Service Desk incident resolution through IT Service Management processes and the supporting system.

Basic Qualifications: •Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science plus 4-6 years of directly related experience.•Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL tool (preferably Clover ETL) experience is required.•Experience with SQL Server 2005 and 2008, and Oracle 9, 10 and 11 versions.•Ability to script routine repeatable processes is required.•Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively participate in a team environment.•Willingness to work independently, accept challenges, and learn new technologies is a must. •Ability to provide 24x7 support via on-call rotation schedule required.•Ability to travel (=10%).
