Under general supervision, assist in the development, design and integration of a case-management tool. Perform data management, data entry, data reporting and analysis. Designs, develops, implements and maintains business solutions. Works directly with clients and project and business leaders to identify analytical requirements. Create and run data integrity checks and undertake the appropriate follow up action. Ensure proper data collection procedures in liaison with administrative staff. Produce regular and ad hoc reports for administrative staff to a consistent specification.
Bachelors' degree and
3 years' relevant experience including developing and maintaining Access Database, managing large mailmerge and communication projects, and managing website content or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Familiarity with a variety of reporting technologies including CMS.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (include unique competencies, certification, licenses, etc.):
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (at least MS 2010 or higher). Excellent project management skills. Strong verbal/written communication skills, as well as excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
