This analyst will work in collaboration with the department team in the aspects of planning, design, development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of all applications supported by the IT department. This positing will assist with administer, oversee, monitor and coordinate the selection, implementation, configuration, design, development, normalization, security, operation, processing, performance, maintenance, backup and recovery of sophisticated Oracle and SQL Server, and other relational database and data storage and retrieval systems operated on client/server and enterprise server systems that are utilized by institution-wide, cross-functional, mission critical software applications.

Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field is preferred.
1-3 year prior experience in project management, system development and computer networking

Knowledge of (one or more of) SQL, Oracle, CICS, IIS, AIX, Solaris, MVS, Microsoft Windows server OS, and Apache would be beneficial.

Communication and other skills:
Must be able to communicate with personnel who hold a variety of positions, with varying skill levels, regarding technical questions and issues.
Must be able to prepared documentation that can be understood by other technical personnel.
Must be adept at using online help and service request systems provided by vendors.
Demonstrates a proactive approach to customer service
Demonstrates ability to be self-directed with good organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
