We are seeking and experienced Database Manager with previous health care and/or consulting experience to join our rapidly expanding Creative Health Concepts Consulting Group. The Database Manager will support various projects with multiple timelines in a cross-functional team environment. This person will need to manage various software applications to determine recruitment needs, project gaps and client specific tracking tools .
Organize various data elements for reporting, production and accessibility analysis Generate and produce reports and documentation to accommodate the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Department of Health (DOH) requirements Understand basic business processes and ensure data requirements meet the project’s overall goals Manage the production and distribution of geo-access reports and maps to meet provider network coverage adequacy requirements Function as Administrator for all program software such as Quest Analytics/GeoAccess, Salesforce
Expertise in Microsoft Excel with strong skills in both Access and SQL applications
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage complex data sets
