Role and responsibilities:
The C2C Marketing Analytics manager will play a key role in the test design and accurate measurement of the most complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns. He or she will also be responsible for the development of insights and recommendations to drive the business further.
The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills. He or she will be very comfortable with SQL and with the Teradata database environment. The knowledge of eBay’s specific database environment will be a serious plus.
The successful candidate will also have solid skills in statistics. He or she will be comfortable with advanced segmentation technics, predictive modeling, and experimental design (A/B, multivariate, etc.).
Business acumen and strategic thinking:
The successful candidate will have good business acumen and will be able to transform data into business insights and strategic recommendations.
The successful candidate will have good written and oral presentation skills and will be able to develop and present executives’-level presentations.
The successful candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
Project management skills:
The successful candidate will demonstrate good project management skills and will be able to prioritize, manage, and deliver multiple projects at the same time.
