Assists Database Marketing Manger with database analysis and with creating, implementing, and adjusting, new and current direct mail programs. Assists in the processing, administration, and production of direct mailing. Develops controls to ensure data integrity and recommends programming revisions as appropriate.
Combination of education and experience in direct marketing or database marketing experience to equal six years. C ollege degree/MBA preferred.
Minimum of two years experience in business analytics.
Advanced proficiency in database and spreadsheet software, specifically SQL Server, MS Access, Direct Mail standardization and hygiene applications, NCOA applications.
Advanced proficiency in word processing, presentation and mail software.
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
Assists Database Marketing Manager with creating, implementing, and adjusting, new and current programs to increase guest traffic. Performs cost/benefit analysis on proposed and ongoing direct mail campaigns. Completes analysis of guest-tracking database to identify and target segments of the player population with cost effective incentive offers and rewards that create ways to increase return numbers and gaming revenue.
Develops and executes quality control of database design and functionality. Monitors daily data loads to ensure accuracy and identification of failures. Identifies and plans needed changes to database to support business needs.
Assists in the coordination of direct mailing processing, administration and production of mailings. Effectively coordinates support for ad hoc projects.
Assists in the development of direct marketing copy. Provides proofing and quality control of direct marketing media.
