Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, the candidate is responsible for the overall coordination and management of database digital marketing campaigns in support of Executive Education and Degree programs (EMBA and FT MBA). This individual will act as the central point person for developing, implementing and monitoring all database marketing campaigns, the Database Marketing Manager is responsible for coordinating and implementing flow of email campaigns targeting a variety of segments of prospects, alumni and past participants and provide recommendations that continuously increase the efficiency of all database communications. Responsibilities: 1. Schedule, coordinate, and monitor all email marketing campaigns, including planning, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization 2. Work with the Senior Director and Senior Associate Directors in charge of Executive Education and Degree Programs to determine goals, target segments, campaign flow, offers, creative and metric requirements for each campaign. 3. Work closely with internal content and digital experts in the development and creation of HTML emails. 4. Create email reporting dashboards and custom reports analyzing campaign performance in order to gather meaningful data and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement of targeting strategy and ROI. 5. Develop testing strategies for template formats, subject lines and landing pages. 6. Maintain email promotional calendar and best practices for email hygiene, privacy and opt-in/opt-out standards. 7. Champion continuous advancement of email features and capabilities including targeting, personalization, and template development in collaboration with multiple stakeholders: development teams, designers, business teams and more. 8. Other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications for Grade Applicant MUST meet these minimum qualifications to be considered an applicant

Bachelor's degree and/or its equivalent required. Minimum of 3 years of email marketing experience, including targeting, implementation, analytics, and reporting required.

Additional Position-Specific Minimum Qualifications Applicant MUST meet these minimum qualifications to be considered an applicant

Familiarity with planning, implementing and analyzing email marketing required. Should have knowledge of best practices for database segmentation, and testing methodologies. Strong knowledge of Excel and HTML and ability to learn technical systems and in-house tools quickly necessary. Strong project management skills: experience working in cross-functional teams, delivering results and meeting tight deadlines needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of additional analytical and database tools (Sales Force, Slate) a strong plus.
