Work Efffects ® is seeking a highly driven and motivated Database Marketing professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively executing, tracking, analyzing and improving our content and social media marketing strategic initiatives as we move towards a completely integrated electronic marketing strategy. Responsibilities will include administrating our CRM system: managing and organizing contacts, sourcing new contacts, creating workflows, streamlining processes for optimal effectiveness, scoring leads, and training team members on how to use the system.
In addition, you will be responsible for emailing out our monthly newsletter to a large subscriber list and tracking click-through and open rates. In addition, you will manage our website, ensuring that the best and most targeted content is present and that the site is kept updated and optimized. Lastly, you will manage our social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn.
§ Manage data in Microsoft Dynamics® CRM system: ensuring that records are kept up-to-date, well-organized,
§ Integrate all systems and processes of the database marketing strategy (CRM system, email system, website,
social media platforms)
§ Manage newsletter marketing process: send monthly newsletter to subscribers and track results
§ Train team members to use CRM system
§ Manage website content and perform website optimization analysis
§ Provide guidance to team of marketing interns
§ Manage social media presence on LinkedIn
§ Regularly produce reports on marketing strategic initiative effectiveness and report to senior leaders
§ 2-4 years of experience in CRM system management required
§ Excellent written and oral communication skills
§ Analytical skills and demonstrated problem solving skills
§ Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work independently
§ Experience with website content management and website optimization
§ Familiarity with SEO and Google Analytics
§ Experience with social media platforms (including LinkedIn)
§ 4-year degree in marketing, management, IT, or related field required
§ Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred
§ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook)
