Company is looking for a part time contract database specialist to work with data and data maintenance in salesforce.com (SFDC).
Data maintenance responsibilities:
• Identify all inbound leads for accuracy and appropriate contact information.
• Input inbound leads into SFDC and trigger appropriate workflow.
• Input outbound leads and lists into SFDC tagged with the appropriate campaign to track.
• Investigate Marketo rejected data such as email bounces, etc.
• Trigger manual workflow for MSP Check Retention program.
• Validate and scrub various data sources such as trade shows, association member lists, purchased data, etc.
• Pull various lists from Marketo to support outbound marketing campaigns.
• On a quarterly basis, populate (using tools or manual labor) critical contact fields that are null or inaccurate.
• Assist demand gen team with pulling information from Marketo for campaign reporting and analysis.
• Tag digital assets with Marketo munchkin code for tracking purposes.
