We are in need of a Database Specialist to support the sales department by managing the CRM database and other internal databases.

DUTIES

  • Working closely with senior sales management to align and design sales territories to increase revenue.
  • Conducting analysis of sales territory data
  • Working with sales to better integrate outside sources of data into our systems
  • Managing the process for cleaning data to ensure data accuracy
  • Responding to data requests
  • Developing accurate and timely ad hoc reports
  • Meeting users' access requirements
  • Resolving any access problems
  • Making requested changes, updates, and modifications to database data and structure
  • Working with sales managers to create reports from various databases to better utilize the information we already have
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred

3 years of database maintenance experience

Strong knowledge of MSSQL
Experience writing MSSQL queries

Strong knowledge of MS Access or similar software

Experience with Windows 7

Knowledge of Monarch Professional a plus

Able to learn business processes and proprietary systems

Able to work in a team environment as well as independently with minimal direct supervision

The ideal candidate would also have SharePoint or Windows Server experience. *Working closely with senior sales management to align and design sales territories to increase revenue.
