Experience Required:
Prior selecting experience in a fast paced warehouse environment preferred.
Basic produce knowledge and experience preferred.
Minimum of six (6) months experience operating an electric pallet jack.
Specific Responsibilities:
Operate an electric pallet jack safely and efficiently.
Select product in proper rotation.
Ensure that all products are of the correct specification and quality to meet customers’ needs.
Stack and pull product in correct weight style, i.e., heavy products at the base, light products on top.
Ensure that product is properly selected and of adequate quality
Clock in and out on assigned routes
Demonstrate working knowledge of inventory.
Properly load pallets in truck according to sequence while pulling or after staging and route is complete.
Properly label and tag all pallets ensuring that drivers can identify multiple customers on single pallets.
Ensure tagged product is accurately pulled for the specified customer.
