Process dealer originated loan applications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Requires the ability to work with little supervision due to extended hours.
Assemble loan request packages for underwriters, consisting of loan applications FAXed from dealers, account information from the data system, and credit reports.
Maintain internal worksheets and logs, and ensure timely transmittal of packages to Consumer Loan Administration.
Respond to dealer inquiries regarding status of applications, membership qualifications, loan payoffs and questions regarding closed loans.
Perform other duties as assigned. Qualification Requirements:
Education - High school graduate or equivalent.
Experience Required - Not Applicable
Skills - Requires six months high volume data entry, word processing or clerical experience. Must be proficient in 10 key and able to type 35 wpm, with accuracy a critical requirement. Must have good communication skills. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
Tenure - Dealer Loan Center Specialist II, category 15, requires twelve months tenure in the Dealer Loan Center Specialist I, category 16 position with performance that meets or exceeds expectations. Dealer Loan Center Specialist III, category 14, requires twelve months tenure in the Dealer Loan Center Specialist II, category 15 position with performance that meets or exceeds expectations.Directly related work experience may be substituted for experience.
