The Decision Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the data reporting needs of the Finance Division. Downloads and formats data from various databases for reports, surveys, and benchmark data that are distributed internally and externally, including but not limited to Randolph Hospital License application, Insurance application, ANDI submission, and AHA survey. Builds comparative reports and analyzes data for accuracy and areas of opportunity for improvement in processes. Gathers data in the preparation of the annual capital and operating budgets. Maintains decision support systems including cost accounting, comparative data reporting, product line management, and budgeting. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business. CHFP and experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Advanced skills in Word, Excel, Database Management including Access queries and reports. Must have excellent prioritization, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently. 3-5 years of hospital Analysis experience. Computer database experience with emphasis on spreadsheets.
