The Dedicated Program Manager will be responsible for building the brand of the wellness program and increasing associate participation and continued engagement. This position will provide broad client support through direct client interactions. This role requires the ability to efficiently multi-task and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate must communicate very clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats.

  • Recognized as “the face” of the wellness program
  • Drives member participation by creating engagement strategies specific to each location
  • Creates and lead a cross-affiliate Wellness Champions Committee
  • Coordinates and attends onsite events
  • Provides overall administrative and logistics support
  • Manages day-to-day client issues/needs
  • Provides high-level service to support the retention of the client including detailed requests of client issues, timely response and follow up, project tracking/monitoring by affiliate, client reporting by affiliate, and monitoring/tracking customer service concerns and expectations
  • Delivers customer service that exceeds the client’s expectations and maintains positive relationships while resolving issues
  • Identifies and understands client needs while keeping the key stakeholders of other departments informed
  • Escalates high-level issues to ensure appropriate response and resolution
  • Leads client meetings whether live, via webinar or conference call
  • Works directly with marketing and communication efforts to manage and distribute communications for each client site
  • Internal application management, working directly with the client’s site coordinators to update the health management system
    • Create Management / Executive Presentations
    • Other duties as assigned/special projects
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2 years professional experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively and confidently with clients, team members, and management
  • Must be flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of tasks
  • Ability to handle complex logistics for multiple projects at once and develop creative solutions to challenges
  • Responsive, accountable, and possess a strong customer focus
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and make quick and confident decisions
  • Proactive approach to customer service and passionate about helping people
  • Personalities that are personable, approachable, confident, and adaptable will excel in the role
  • Ability to travel based on client demands (US only), minimum 50% travel
