We are currently looking for a full-time analyst (or intern) that will work with us on critical business development and sales operations initiatives. These include data analysis; managing our lead generation campaigns and supporting our Salesforce.com users. As our Demand Generation Analyst and Junior Salesforce Administrator you will be responsible for running our campaigns to fill our sales pipeline using marketing automation and CRM tools, trouble-shooting and resolving SFDC user issues, ensuring Pardot and SFDC data quality, and developing processes that will help the team and organization scale. On a day-to-day basis you will work with the business demand generation and sales operations team in the San Francisco office. In addition, you will communicate with senior level executives including our CEO and VP of Sales.
The ideal candidate would have a strong interest in building, running and perfecting automated processes; have excellent communication skills and experience with Excel (and ideally also Salesforce.com and/or marketing automation tools). Just as important our ideal candidate has an exceptional detail orientation, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced start-up environment, which requires independence, dynamism, and a high degree of pro-activity. Manage and constantly improve our automated demand generation process using CRM and marketing automation tools Gather and analyze data and come up with crisp data-driven recommendations as to how to improve our performance Manage user inquiries and trouble-shoot issues for our SFDC users; resolve inquiries within established turnaround time Develop recommendations to provide scalable solutions for users and enable us to better serve internal customers Build reports for users that will enable users to measure performance and make more informed decisions Ensure data quality and cleanliness (such as managing batch updates into Salesforce and Pardot) Test new features and implementations and provide feedback to administrators and developers Configure field level security, object level security, page layouts, and permission sets to fit the overall organizational needs
Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or Science Exceptional customer service focus and extremely high attention to detail in an extraordinarily fast paced, high volume environment Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills with superior verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy Self-directed, problem-solver with a proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently Interest in technology and social media Entrepreneurial spirit Experience with excel (we will test your excel skills during the interview process)
