At ThreatTrack Security we help organizations identify and stop Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs), targeted attacks, and other sophisticated malware designed to evade the traditional cyber-defenses. We are looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to join the Marketing team in the DC metro area. This role will manage lead generation activities for ThreatTrack’s multiple product lines. Successful candidates will have experience in managing B2B programs that drive demand. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy marketing strategist, who understands all forms of demand gen and can effectively oversee the planning and program execution of inbound marketing, SEO, and social media programs. As part of a team responsible for meeting aggressive pipeline targets, you will help develop the company’s demand generation plan, execute multi-channel campaigns, and measure ROI on an ongoing basis. This is an individual contributor role that requires a high level of self-sufficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing team to develop and execute integrated awareness and demand generation programs that deliver on key objectives including pipeline growth, revenue, awareness and customer satisfaction

Determine the most appropriate mix of marketing programs to target existing customers, new prospects for both direct sales and the channel (i.e., webinars, SEM/SEO, social, paid search, content syndication, blog, web and email)

Develop clear, compelling content for email, nurture streams, SEM, and other online campaigns

Define goals and metrics for all demand generation programs, including email, social media and social networking, demand generation, lead nurturing, webinars, website inquires, and SEM/SEO, events, and online advertising

Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance on an on-going basis; communicate plans and metrics regularly to marketing and sales leadership, work with sales to measure program performance and lead quality, conversion ratios, and ROI

Stay on top of the latest trends for demand generation to bring proposals to the table to drive revenue

Required Skills:
3-5 years of direct experience executing effective inbound, multi-channel B2B demand generation programs including SEO, social media, email, and content demand generation programs(program creation, execution, and measurement)

Experience with marketing automation, CRM and analytics tools (Marketo or similar marketing automation programs, Salesforce, Google Analytics)

Strong foundation in the principles of content marketing and SEM/SEO

Exceptional analytical skills, with an analytical approach to demand generation and exceeding lead generation targets

Understand technology and have worked at a high-technology software company with B2B products

Ability to think strategically and competitively, and execute tactical programs

Excellent writing, organizational, conceptual and creative problem-solving skills

A team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight

Experience with security products and services desired but not required
