WhiteHat's Demand Generation Specialist has primary responsibility for the development and hands-on management of demand generation marketing programs, including the creation of marketing campaigns, and setting program goals and ROI measurement. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this person will create, deploy and manage demand generation campaigns to meet business objectives for both the enterprise and SME markets.
Build and manage marketing automation programs to track leads passed to opportunities based on demand gen programs
Write promotional email and landing page copy for online campaigns
Develop and implement high impact, multi-channel demand generation programs, setting qualified lead targets in the US primarily
Functions as both a leader and doer supporting corporate strategic objectives, as well as being a ‘hands-on’ member of the team
Measure and report on effectiveness of demand generation programs and campaigns, with the purpose of improving resource allocation, efficiency and revenue generation
Evaluate, select and manage outside vendors that contribute to lead generation programs for list building, copy, SEO/SEM
SEM/SEO campaign management
Partner with Senior Director of Corporate Sales to manage and build demand gen programs and activities
Required Skills / Requirements:
Must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience building lists, emails, landing pages, integrated forms, and campaigns using marketing automation tools (Eloqua and/or Marketo, Eloqua preferred)
Must have worked at least 1-2 years creating campaigns, managing leads and contacts, as well as creating reports and dashboards in SalesForce.com
At least 1 year of hands-on management of Google Ad/Words analytics integrated into Marketing Automation residing landing pages
At least 3 years experience in evaluating, selecting and managing outside vendors that contribute to lead generation programs for list building, copy, SEO/SEM
At least 3-5 years experience executing innovative and results-focused demand generation programs and campaigns.
At least 3-5 years managing a campaign calendar and project managing campaigns through to execution including providing analytics on results.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence others without formal authority and lead cross-functional teams
Minimum 4-5 years experience in marketing business-to-business software solutions; SaaS marketing experience strongly preferred
5+ years of proven success in demand generation roles in the technology industry
Great attention to detail required on design, copy and analytics.
Excellent written and oral communications skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
Familiarity with HTML coding is not required, but preferred.
