Responsible for growing revenue and managing buy-side relationships with Rubicon’s leading mobile networks, and DSPs. You will be responsible for managing assigned accounts and serve as the primary point of contact; providing customers with insight and advice regarding every aspect of their account and campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record achieving revenue goals while providing exceptional customer support/service. The Demand Manager must be intelligent, resourceful, responsive and results driven. A positive attitude and professional demeanor is essential along with the flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Proven track record consistently achieving quarterly revenue goals
  • Buy-side experience selling mobile platforms or advertising
  • Deep understanding of mobile and desktop display market trends
  • Campaign management and optimization for mobile buyers including Demand Side Platforms and ad networks
  • Explore and build revenue opportunities with existing demand partners, closely collaborating with your demand sales counterparts
  • Strategic thinker with deep understanding of the customers’ business goals
  • Tracking and analyzing campaign objectives and performance data to identify new growth areas
  • Responsible for developing strong and effective working relationships at all levels
  • Coordinate with internal groups to launch new campaigns and troubleshoot existing campaigns
  • Articulate the benefits of Rubicon’s REVV platform and available publisher inventory in the REVV marketplace to buyers

Education / Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; post graduate degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of online advertising experience working for an ad network, exchange, DSP or SSP
  • 1-2 years of mobile advertising sales or account management experienc
