Sabra Dipping Company LLC is a leading manufacturer of refrigerated dips and spreads in the United States and Canada. Sabra is a multi-category company that produces and distributes hummus, salsa, guacalome, and diary dips. The company operates in the USA and Canada through its own sales team supported by broker network and PepsiCo Food Service team. We are currently seeking a District Sales Manager to join the West Coast sales team.The company was founded in 1986 and is today a Joint Venture (JV) between Frito Lay (Pepsico) and the Strauss Group (a multinational food company from Israel). The JV has aggressive growth plans based on category and usage expansion is seeking a District Sales Manager to cover pre-existing accounts, maintain shelf standard, provide support with point of sale materials, provide competitive activity information and coverage reports, and be actively involved in retail sales and solutions This role is accountable to establish and lead the Fresh Dip demand planning to deliver the most accurate demand signal (both near and long-term at a product/geography/time dimension) as well as provide impactful business insights to the Leadership Team, Sales and Supply Chain. The Demand Planning Lead also partners with the broader leadership team to set and deliver against the broader strategic agenda. Execute and serve at the Demand Planning Manager for Fresh Dips. This role is ultimately accountable for the accuracy of the final forecast. Execute daily, weekly, period, annual and ad hoc demand planning activities with timeliness, rigor and completeness to drive a positive business impact. Core activities include but are not limited to: Post-Performance Analytics, Customer Cross-Functional Reviews, Product Cross-Functional Review, Demand Synch Cross-Functional Reviews, Forecast Adjustment, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Controls. Set and deliver against Channel or Customer Team performance targets (i.e., forecast accuracy and bias) to ensure aggregated performance is achieved. Execute AOP demand activities to ensure that Supply Chain signal is aligned initially with the product's algorithm. Identify and deliver performance improvements to drive forecast accuracy. Manage up to three Demand Planners (including managing hiring/training/development) Own Fresh Dip Demand Planning Leadership relationships with Finance, Sales Strategy, Customer Insights, and Consumer Insights. Partner with Supply Planning Teams on Innovation, S&OP and Capacity discussions. Lead Cross Functional Reviews to ensure understanding of various forecasts - Finance, Sales and Supply Chain and clearly articulate the drivers of variance. Drive the discussion and solicit insights on innovation, baseline trends, the Fresh Dip and new product strategies, competitive factors, and promotional activity which may lead to more aligned forecasts. Partner with stakeholders such as Finance, Sales Strategy, Customer Service Supply Chain and Supply Planning to ensure sustainable of forecast or demand planning organizational capability. Monitor performance and communicate to stakeholders' the business unit performance, drivers and action to be taken.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree is mandatory 7-10 years of Supply Chain Planning, with at least two years in perishable consumer food products Deep analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication capabilities People management experience Strong partnership and influencing capabilities Strong technical and analytical aptitude - economics, statistics and finance preferred Working experience with at least one enterprise-level Demand Planning software suite is preferred-SAP a plus Must be willing and able to travel 5-10% of the timeJob Segments: Demand Planner, ERP, Logistics, Manufacturing, Operations, SAP, Supply, Supply Chain, Supply Chain Manager, Supply Planner, Technology, Warehouse
