Demand Specialist: Demand Team (Pasadena, CA)
This is an entry level position on the OpenX Demand Team.
The OpenX Demand team manages all buy side relationships across the OpenX Market (our RTB Ad Exchange) and OpenX Lift (our Sell Side Platform). The Demand Specialist will be responsible for ensuring our customers' success and satisfaction with our products and contributing to their long-term loyalty. In addition, they will work closely with the OpenX Demand Account Management, Business Development, Media Services, and Support teams to ensure that OpenX is delivering overall superior service and support to our customers.
Role: Work closely with Account Management and Business Development teams to assist in managing day to day workflow and communication between OpenX and its demand clients (DSPs, Ad Networks, Advertising Agencies, Direct Advertisers, etc...). OpenX is looking for a highly motivated, self-starter, and someone who is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Support demand BDs and AMs with customer on-boarding process and providing ad console demonstrations to clients.
Data analysis, research and optimization on behalf of clients.
Troubleshoot day to day client requests and manage to resolution.
Identify opportunities to maximize partner value.
Assist with creation of client presentations, assembling data for quarterly business reviews, site lists, and campaign pacing.
Develop strong working relationships with all internal teams (Market Support, Accounting, Engineering).
Support AMs/BDs on all special projects and management of client accounts.
Manage some tier 3 accounts.
Assist Marketplace Quality team in creative approvals for demand clients.

A general understanding of digital advertising as it relates to display, mobile and video advertising.
Some experience supporting and servicing clients using advertising products and technology.
Excellent teamwork and communications skills – both inside and outside the company.
A real passion to work in a hard-charging start-up environment with some ambiguity and few rules or processes.
Highly organized, used to managing multiple projects to tight deadlines and with great attention to detail.
Strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
Experience working with Ad Exchanges, DSPs/SSPs, Ad Networks, digital advertising agencies or ad servers.
Familiarity with CRM or incident tracking and management systems such as Salesforce.com, Jira, Siebel, Remedy, Clarify, etc…
An understanding of the emerging online RTB ecosystem.
BA or equivalent preferred with a strong academic record.
1-2 years relevant experience.
