This position is responsible for oversight and facilitation of the Demonstration Test Methodology and Equipment Maturity Assessment for the Global 450 Consortium. The duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Oversee the training of two G450C staffers to expert level and three engineers to capability as section resource (train-the-trainer approach)
  • Manage the creation of G450C DTM training materials and associated courseware in preparation for a phased 2013 roll-out
  • Be the subject matter expert and own use of web-based planning/data collection applications (i.e., EMA, WaferCalc, RELKit, and RAMCalc)
  • Oversee deployments of G450C demonstrations (hand-holding at each step)
  • Oversee and manage the completion of SEMI E10-0312 based data collection software (RAMCalc) for consortia Marathon tests
  • Accelerate fabrication of jigs/fixtures necessary for FIMA evaluations of physical interfaces and lead initial FIMA deployments
  • Coordinate EMA/FIMA knowledge base upgrades derived from member working group
  • Ensure appropriate software interacts with demonstration equipment and suppliers/vendors
  • Plan statistical valid data collection and analysis approaches and coordinate external training required to support the G450C program
  • On test planning and data analysis
  • Implement EPM vs. empirical DTM reporting metrics and visualizations
  • Oversee the report writing and tech transfer using software tools and content outlines
  • Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Engineering related field from a college or university accredited by US Department of Education or internationally recognized accrediting organization AND 6+ years of relevant experience OR a BS in Engineering related field from a college or university accredited by US Department of Education or internationally recognized accrediting organization AND a minimum of ten years progressively responsible applicable experience. Candidates must possess demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices of DTM, ERM, six sigma, and project management; demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office; knowledge of business intelligence/data mining; agile software development; excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have hands-on experience with public policy development and implementation; public-private partnerships design and deployment; experience overseeing the administration of university-based research and development; and strategic business alliances with a strong focus on innovation; candidates must address in their applications their abilities to work with a culturally diverse population. This position is contingent on the satisfactory completion of a background investigation; this position may require annual background investigations.
