Ensure compliance with Fremont National Bank & Trust Co. policies and compliance standards. Provide quality service throughout every customer contact. Responsibilities include providing day-to-day technical support for Cash Management Customers and Deposit Operations, tracking and monitoring daily activity, and coordinating periodic audits.

Ensure compliance with Fremont National Bank & Trust Co. policies and compliance standards. Deliver consistent service through the correct application of operational policies and procedures. Complete all assigned compliance training.

Work directly with clients when onboarding new ACH, Wire, Remote Deposit Capture, and Repurchase Agreement Sweep products or services;

Monitor and track day to day customer activity in accordance with Operational Risk Management standards/requirements;

Maintain all required customer files and contracts including proper exception approval from Lending Authorities;

Work closely with Corporate Treasury Services in development of policy/procedures and contract management;

Provide product training to sales personnel at least annually and more often as deemed necessary;

Provide on-going support and training to deposit operations and retail staff so they are proficient in their service and support of the CM clients, products and services;

Prepare required tracking reports within specified deadlines and obtain appropriate approvals where necessary;

Have thorough knowledge of CM products, including National Association of Automated Clearing House Rules;

Request, maintain, and monitor employee PIN authority;

Produce monthly Commercial Analysis account statements and process service charges;

Prepare and submit annual 1099-INT forms for interest earned/paid on Government bond redemptions and corrections on any tax forms;

Education and/or Experience:


High school education or GED. Equivalent banking experience in retail or operations. 2 years direct experience in a customer service position. Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) Certification completed or in process.



Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.

Language Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and persuasively. Ability to use proper grammar in customer communications.

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers


Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, percentages, and decimals. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Ability to analyze information skillfully; define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Capable of good judgment.

Other Knowledge and Skills

Proficient in PC operation and demonstrated understanding of applicable software including Microsoft Office Applications and Outlook.

Ability to work in a fast paced, ambiguous environment while being able to remain calm and diffuse conflict.

Must be detail oriented.
