Change.org is seeking a Deputy Chief of Staff to help drive our strategic priorities, leadership processes, and company-wide execution. Reporting to our New York-based Chief of Staff, the Deputy Chief of Staff will help facilitate Change.org’s executive and leadership teams, manage the offices of our CEO and president, ensure cross-team collaboration, and contribute to a culture of love, understanding, and fun.

Here’s what you’ll do as part of our team:

Strategy: Help drive clear, effective, and innovative strategy at the highest level, by identifying and answering strategic opportunities and challenges around our impact, growth, business model, finances, and organizational structure.
Execution: Ensure efficient and effective execution on key leadership initiatives and company-wide strategic priorities.
Analysis: Support key decisions with business intelligence, research, process-design, structured problem solving, and input from the team.
Communication: Engage staff across Change.org in key leadership conversations about our impact, strategy, and plans. Facilitate open and transparent communication between leadership and the entire team.
Metrics: Track progress against our goals, key target results, and strategic priorities.
Leadership: Ensure that leadership is focused on and engaged in the areas of most strategic importance.

And here are the skills & experience we hope you have:

Demonstrated success leading large projects across teams or organizations.
An understanding of and demonstrated success running business intelligence for a company or organizational strategy.
A demonstrated ability to work with a wide variety of skill sets and personalities to move the ball forward.
Demonstrated success and a high comfort-level with facilitating discussions between multiple stakeholders with multiple opinions and experiences.
Experience with complex budgets, financial modeling, and/or revenue projections is a plus
