Makosi provides consulting services to some of the largest banks and brokerages globally, providing operational support across a multitude of products. We require an AVP level middle office manager to work within our IB clients OTC Products group. Daily tasks include:
Support various new issue processes, such as identifier creation, product set-up at Bloomberg and internal systems, and clearing system eligibility approval
Understand and document end-to-end structured product flows, and ensure required trade bookings are made on time by the relevant teams
Support fails management and fails/break resolution. Immediately resolve any aged fails or breaks
Ensure all parts of relevant transactions have been correctly booked and represented in the appropriate systems
Act as main contact for the Front Office for any queries and issues relating to structured products System and report development, to improve efficiency and to ensure management information remains relevant and of the highest quality.
Minimum 2 to 3 years managerial experience in Middle Office or Operations gained from an investment bank or corporate bank.
