The University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine Dermatopathology Service is a joint endeavor between the Department of Dermatology & Cutaneous Surgery and the Department of Pathology & Cell Biology. We are currently accepting applications for an attending position in Dermatology and Dermatopathology at the Assistant, Associate, or full Professor level. Must meet university criteria for appointment to the rank of Associate / Full Professor. This position may become tenure earning.

Candidates must have an M.D or MD/PhD and BC/BE in Dermatology and board-certified or eligible in Dermatopathology. Florida medical licensure or eligibility for licensure is required.
Candidates are expected to participate in diagnostic work, to collaborate in clinical research, and to be involved in the teaching of residents and fellows in Dermatology, Pathology and Dermatopathology. Candidates will work closely with the Department of Dermatology & Cutaneous Surgery clinical team, residency program, and community dermatologists. Clinical duties will include interpretation of skin specimens in the dermatopathology laboratory, which draws from a group of community and university physicians, as well as service in the general dermatology clinic. Our team of physicians provides an ideal atmosphere for patient care, education and investigation through clinicopathologic conferences and the university research infrastructure.

Minimum Qualifications (Education & Experience):
Doctoral degree from an accredited institution or the highest degree appropriate in the field of specialization with a demonstrated record of achievement in teaching, academic research, and service. Must meet university criteria for appointment to the rank of Assistant Professor.
