The Design Associate is responsible for front line RAH Buyer customer service and Design Center operational support at the direction and discretion of the Design Center manager. In this roll, the Design Associate frequently interfaces with RAH buyers and acts as the face of Richmond s. He is a critical link to customer satisfaction.
