The Position:

The Contribution:

You are responsible for driving technology platform research and experimentation, concept exploration, prototyping, and ideation within the creative process for designing user experiences in software. You lead efforts to identify and analyze current and future UX technology patterns and trends, perform in-depth investigation and experimentation with emerging platforms and frameworks, and identify new opportunities and business value for UX innovation and differentiation with technology enablers. You collaborate closely with the creative organization to express design assets and artifacts in the form of user experience simulations, interactive prototypes, technical proof-of-concepts, and UI/presentation layer components and templates as reference material for design validation and the software engineering process. You provide relevant subject matter expertise across domains in the form of UI/presentation layer software architecture recommendations, best practices, and design integration support to help ensure the intended user experience is successfully realized in the software delivery.

  • Repeatable delivery of compelling, valuable, and actionable technology-centric design services through hardware and software-based user experience simulations, prototypes, proofs-of-concept, reference templates and components, and other appropriate delivery methods
  • Development of relationships with client leaders and cross-discipline stakeholders to instill professional trust, communicate thought leadership in relevant domains, provide appropriate transparency and accountability, and evangelize the value of the collaborative frog process
  • Continual proactive effort to research and analyze market landscapes and emerging platforms, patterns, practices, and methodologies to drive differentiated service offerings for frog clients and foster greater professional development opportunities for internal talent
