Position Summary: Overall responsibility for effectively answering Design Center Showroom visitor questions, ensuring the Showroom is properly merchandised and representing the Brand.
-Understanding Benjamin Moore company and marketing strategy Understanding Benjamin Moore products, color and -product usage & application
-Opening and closing showroom located in the Merchandise Mart, Monday thru Friday, 9am-5pm
-Providing premium customer service while assisting and interacting with visitors to Showroom
-Placing orders for color materials
-Referring visitors to Retailers as needed
-Offering information and product data sheets to visitors
-Passing job leads on to Account Reps and Sales Reps - Architect & Designer
-Restocking showroom materials
-Maintaining showroom appearance.
-Strong, verifiable customer service competencies a must
-College or associate degree in Interior Design or Marketing, or equivalent industry business experience preferred
-Working knowledge of personal computers/software (Microsoft Office & e-mail)
-Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and public speaking skills.
