Provide on-site services that include incidents and IMAC activities.
Desktop / laptop experience, including PC peripherals and Microsoft Windows XP / 7, MS Office and standard Windows environment applications
IT support experience with desktop hardware, Microsoft software and networking.
Perform desktop, server and networking IMACs and diagnose and resolve most desktop, server and networking incidents.
Ability to provide on-site “smart-hands” support by telephone for remote support groups.
Prefer one or more of the following certifications CCNA, CCNP, CCDA
Prefer Microsoft Certifications
Linux experience a plus
