Provides daily North American Regional (RN) operational support at assigned location(s) for:
• Hardware (Lifecycle) Management
o PC and Peripheral Procurement
o MS Windows Image Installation and Deployment
o Printers and Copiers
o Mobile Devices
o Database - documentation of MACD updates in global CMS database
• Software
o Install, support, and maintain any standard and non-standard software
o Maintain license information according to corporate processes
• Patch Management
o Assist the global patch management team when local help is needed
• Operations
o Provide on-site local support for Desktop Services
o Adhere to regional and global IT policies and procedures
o Remain effective through changes in work climate
• Customer Relationships
o Effectively communicate technical topics to all levels of the organization
o Develop relationships with internal and external business partners
o Adjust priorities and align work tasks accordingly
• Other related tasks as directed by Regional Management

Anforderungen: Essential Skills and Experience:
• BS/BA or equivalent IT experience required
• 2+ years technical experience in at least one of the following areas:
o Desktop Deployment software (e.g. SMS/SCCM)
o PC Hardware and Software Administration
• 2+ years technical customer support experience
• Knowledge of commonly-used help desk concepts, practices, and procedures
• Professional and positive attitude
• Strong customer service skills
o Solid oral communication and active listening skills
o Ability to understand and satisfy customer needs
• Problem solving ability
• Strong background in Windows OS and Desktop Deployment Software (SMS)
• Conflict management skills
• Ability to resolve issues over the phone using remote access software
• Ability to understand broad technical landscapes
• Diverse technical skills in hardware and software

Preferred Skills and Experience:
• Technical certifications (e.g. Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, Dell, etc.)
• Project and time management skills
