The following skills and experience must be demonstrated:
- Experienced in working in Corporate IT departments at Desktop support level delivering Core desktop support services in a structured ITIL driven environment
- Experience using a Ticket system to resolve faults within SLA
- Experience Accurately logging and resolving a variety of issues
- Broad skills across desktop support with at least one particular strength across:
- Active directory
- Blackberry/Apple support
- Printers and print servers
- Hardware and imaging platforms
- Oil and Gas application support
